a 12 years study of 90.659 women aged 26-46 has found that high red meat consumption may increase the risk for hormone-receptore-positive breast cancer in pre menopousal women. women who ate more than 1,5 servings of red meat a day had nearly double risk of those who ate less than three servings a week. “this study suggest that dietary factors may be related to a woman’s chance of developing this type of breast cancer….[and that] more research should be done.” says eunyoung cho, lead author of the study and an assistant professor of medicine at havard medical school.
so it’s much better if we ate less red meat, to decrease our risk to breast cancer. if we dont want that deadly disease come to us, may be we should change out diet with more veggies, and fish… (fish’es meat not a red meat,, and it contain more ?-3 acid,, that good for out brain) lets get the better life.. upgrade yer life and be better…
