a 12 years study of 90.659 women aged 26-46 has found that high red meat consumption may increase the risk for hormone-receptore-positive breast cancer in pre menopousal women. women who ate more than 1,5 servings of red meat a day had nearly double risk of those who ate less than three servings a week. “this study suggest that dietary factors may be related to a woman’s chance of developing this type of breast cancer….[and that] more research should be done.” says eunyoung cho, lead author of the study and an assistant professor of medicine at havard medical school.

so it’s much better if we ate less red meat, to decrease our risk to breast cancer. if we dont want that deadly disease  come to us, may be we should change out diet with more veggies, and fish… (fish’es meat not a red meat,, and it contain more ?-3 acid,, that good for out brain) lets get the better life.. upgrade yer life and be better…

i really hate the situation when i lost the internet connection in my room…why? because it’s mean i have to go to an internet cafe to update my blog, feed my neopets, say hi with my friend in YM, and check my FS out. and you know why i hate to go to the internet cafe,, because i have ride my bicycle to reach them,, in the HOT day of surabya. then when i reach the cafe,, i only found the old-aged computer that need so much time to respons me. some time, the cafe is full so i have to check the other cafe.. and when i trythe other cafe,, i can open my wp-admin, or even my blog.. i can only visit the friendster. what ruddiculus..damn. huhhh! it’s so make me mad!!!

i hope i can find a good internet connection in badung when i stay there…
