vegetarian is healthy, healthy for us, and healthy for nature. why? because, vegetarian eat less meat, and animal product. Meat and animal products need more energy to be cooked. cooking greens such broccolis, and spinaches may be just need less than 10 minutes, but when you cook meat, definitely you’ll need much more time,, that will produce much more carbon emission too. and it leads to green house effect that cause the global warming.
vegetarian is less fat. vegetarian is more fiber. vegetarian is more earthy. and vegetarian is more healthy. many heart diseases is caused by too much fat and cholesterol consumption. and it can be found in large amount in animals product.
some scientist say that a vegetarian can help reduce the carbon emission as much as a hybrid car. so let’s take action! we can start adding more veggies in our menu, and less animal product. change your fried chicken with a bowl or vegetable soup for your lunch. it will much help the mother earth, and make you more healthy.. and make a big difference.
